We are looking for LEAN QUALITY SPECIALIST to I.S. Mäkinen Oy in Turku, Finland.


Job Responsibilities:


Supports continuous Lean process improvements

Assists company’s overall quality control and assurance

Ensures that company's -assurance standards and procedures are met

Assists with Lean development and implementation to improve process quality

Implement communication tools to foster the Lean environment and improve a Lean culture

Works closely with, and assist as needed, other divisions of the teams to ensure Lean program consistency and a unified approach in making improvements

Assists with quality control procedures and employee training to support ISO9001

Maintains and updates quality documentation, records and internal standards

Organizes training activities on quality and Lean processes and procedures

Assists with Internal ISO9001 quality control audits

Organizes and coordinates quality meetings with management and reports to executives

Other duties as agreed


What we expect from you:


Understanding of the Lean/Six Sigma

Understanding of the ISO 9001 standard and QMS

Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, to prioritize work tasks and maintain focus

Strong communication skills. Must be able to work closely with others to collaborate on completion of common goals

Excellent written communication skills; ability to write documentation and reports

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Project and other MS products

Analytical mindset and outstanding problem solving skills

Fluent spoken and written English

Ability to travel 20-60%, main locations: Singapore, Bahamans, Spain, USA
